There are a lot of people in unhappy marriages. One of the causes of this is the lack of thought that often occurs before people get married. This Scriptural study is intended to bring about thoughts to help those who are or will be considering marriage. Even for those married, it is good to be reminded of our roles and responsibilities as God desires in our marriages.

God's word very clearly teaches that it is God's desire for His people to be humble. This can be challenging in our present world. Journey with me, through some Scriptures and applications, as we think about humility.

Did you know that Jesus wants His people to take time for leisure? Did you know that you are permitted by the Lord to enjoy certain days above others and that what does those are can be decided by you? You often hear: "My preacher said" or "the elders have decided..." when talking about spiritual decisions that have been made by churches and/or individuals. The problem is, these men most often are speaking and acting in areas wherein they are not authorized to do so. This Podcast deals with these things.

In whom do you trust? Do you think the best of men can actually guarantee things will be as they say? Do you realize how uncertain things in this world actually are? At the same time, have you taken the time to think about the surety that exists with trusting in our Creator?

If you live long enough, you will face adversity in this lifetime. This is magnified if you are a faithful Christian. How will you handle such times? Do you even think about it? How strong are you? We will use the Scriptures to think through these things in this Podcast.
