📖 Galatians 5:13–14 reminds us that we have been called to live in freedom, but that freedom isn’t meant to be used selfishly. Instead, we are called to “use your freedom to serve one another in love.”

In this message, we explore two powerful truths:

👀 FREE TO SEE OTHERS Before we can serve someone, we have to truly see them. Not just notice that they’re there, but recognize when someone is hurting, lonely, overwhelmed, searching, or simply needs someone to stop and care. Our mission field may not be somewhere far away—it may be the person God has already placed right in front of us.

🤲 FREE TO SERVE Jesus didn’t just notice people—He did something about what He saw. In John 13, Jesus demonstrated servant leadership by washing His disciples’ feet, showing us that following Him means being willing to lay down our status, comfort, schedule, preferences, and pride to serve others.

🔥 “Do as I have done.”

Freedom in Christ isn’t about making life all about us. It’s about becoming free enough to take our eyes off ourselves and ask:

Who has God placed in front of me? Do I see them? And what can I do to serve them?

We live from victory, not for it. Jesus wins. Concurrent with the decay of the world is the rise of the church—called to be light in the darkness and a refuge for the broken.

The most dangerous sign for the church is in 1 Timothy 4:1-2: some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. This is a gradual drifting caused by pride—the same sin that began with Lucifer and showed up in the Garden. All doctrine of demons is a perversion of the doctrine of God. God is love (1 John 4:7-8). When we respond out of anger instead of forgiveness, we are following the wrong strategy.

A better symbol for the end of the age is a pitcher, not an ax. God is pouring out of His Spirit on all flesh (Acts 2:17). We are filled and called to let rivers of living water flow. Some will depart, but we will be agents of hope—carrying the message of healing and the living water of Jesus.

Stay grounded in humility. If the highest place I reach is at Your feet, then I’ve done it all.

This is my Bible. It’s God speaking to me. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have. I can do what it says I can do. I believe it. 🙌

The Bible is God’s letter to us, revealing Jesus — the Word made flesh. There is no greater authority in heaven, on earth, or under the earth than Jesus the Word, and He has given us access to that authority.
