  • Set Boundaries, Save The Relationship
    2026/02/02

What if boundaries weren’t about pushing people away—but about keeping the relationship intact?

In this episode of Women in Bloom, we’re talking honestly about boundaries—what they are, why we struggle with them, and how learning to set healthy boundaries can actually save our relationships instead of sabotaging them.

We explore the two extremes many of us live in:

    • Porous boundaries — where we overgive, overexplain, and let people run right through us
    • Rigid boundaries — where we shut down, shut people out, and protect ourselves by building walls

The goal isn’t either extreme. The goal is balance.

    We talk about:

    • Why lack of boundaries often turns into resentment, avoidance, and emotional distance
    • How people may push back when you start setting boundaries—and why that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong
    • How to communicate boundaries clearly and assertively without guilt, aggression, or over-justifying yourself
    • What happens when boundaries fail because they aren’t enforced—and how to course-correct with integrity

This episode is for the woman who is tired of being misunderstood, overextended, or quietly upset—and ready to protect her peace without burning bridges.

    📚 Resource Spotlight:

I’m also sharing a tool that’s been supporting my own boundary work: Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab, along with the companion workbook—powerful guides for learning how to say no, speak up, and stay rooted in self-respect.

    If you’ve ever wondered:

    • “How do I set boundaries without losing people?”
    • “Why do I feel guilty for advocating for myself?”
    • “Is it too late to reset the tone of my relationships?”

    This conversation is for you.

    ✨ Boundaries aren’t punishment.

    ✨ Boundaries are protection.

✨ Boundaries are an act of love—toward yourself and others.

  • Clocking High & Low Vibrational Energies | Getting Up & Staying Up
    2026/01/13

What does it really mean to be in your highest vibration?

In this episode of Women in Bloom, we move past the buzzwords and talk about what high vibrational states actually feel like: clear-minded, hopeful, light-bringing, and spacious. We explore how our inner world and outer environments shape our energy.

We reflect on how our highest vibration isn’t about being positive all the time, but about having enough clarity and space to show up as ourselves. We also talk honestly about what pulls us out of that state.

Together, we discuss how to lovingly approach another sister when she’s operating from a lower vibrational place—without judgment, fixing, or self-abandonment. And just as importantly, we name the wisdom in knowing when to step back, create breathing room, and protect our own spaciousness, even when our hearts want to stay.

We also touch on navigating low vibrational energy at work, how it shows up, and how to stay grounded without dimming your light or shrinking yourself.

This conversation is an invitation to notice what lifts you, what weighs you down, and how to move through the world with clarity, compassion, and care—for yourself and for each other.

🌸 Because your highest vibration isn’t something you force. It’s something you return to.
