A former executive in the advertising industry, she has spent the last decade working as an executive coach to CEOs, founders, and senior leaders. Her work helping clients make decisions through an intentional framework inspired her to write The Saint and the Drunk: A Guide to Making the Big Decisions in Your Life, published by Shepheard Walwyn in London in May 2025.

Her experience as a woman in leadership within both startup and established advertising and technology organizations shaped her perspective on the unique challenges women face in the workplace. After transitioning to entrepreneurship, she focused on creating spaces and opportunities that support and empower women leaders.

She is a board-certified executive coach and holds a Master's degree in Transformational Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University.
