    Red Bird-of-Paradise
    2 oz coconut water
    1 oz white rum
    1 oz coconut rum
    1 oz raspberry jam
    1/2 oz fresh lime juice
    Ice

    Instructions

    1. Add coconut water, white rum, coconut rum, raspberry jam, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
    2. Shake shake shake.
    3. Strain into a rock glass over fresh ice.

    Collared Inca

    • 2 oz Aguardiente
    • 3 oz pineapple juice
    • 1 oz soda water
    • Ice cubes
    • Pineapple slice or mint sprig, for garnish, optional

    Instructions

    1. Fill your highball glass with ice cubes, pour in 2 oz Aguardiente and 3 oz pineapple juice.
    2. Gently stir in 1 oz soda water to the mix.
    3. Place a pineapple slice or mint sprig into the glass for garnish.

    • 1 1/2 oz Pox, like Siglo Cero. However, if you can’t find it then try using cachaca or pisco
    • 12 oz Mexican Lager, like Corona
    • 5 coffee beans, ground
    • 2 twists of ground pepper
    • Ice

    Instructions

    1. In a glass filled with ice, pour in the pox (posh) and then the lager
    2. Sprinkle the coffee grounds and pepper on top
    3. Enjoy!

    Cozumel Vireo

    • 1 ½ oz Reposado or Blanco Tequila
    • ½ oz Triple Sec
    • ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup*
    • ½ oz Lime Juice
    • Ice
    • Cinnamon Stick

    Instructions

    1. In a shaker filled halfway with ice, add tequila, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, and cinnamon syrup.
    2. Shake shake shake
    3. Pour into a lowball glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick

    *Cinnamon Syrup recipe

    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • ½ tsp cinnamon

    Instructions

    1. Combine all in a small sauce pot
    2. Bring to a simmer, cook on low for 5 minutes
    3. Cool completed, transfer to a container and refrigerate up to 6 months.

    •1 ½ oz vodka
    •1 ½ oz milk
    •1 ½ oz chocolate bar
    •½ oz Fernet-Branca
    •Ice

    Instructions
    1.Melt chocolate bar and heat with milk until it creates a smooth ganache (microwave for ease and cool before use)
    2.Combine vodka, ganache, and Fernet-Branca in a cocktail shaker with ice
    3.Shake shake shake
    4.Strain into a chilled martini glass

    •2 oz spiced rum
    •½ oz Crème de Cacao
    •½ oz White Chocolate Liqueur
    •1 oz milk product (half-and-half, cream, milk, oat milk, etc)
    •Ice
    •Chocolate for drizzle

    Instructions
    1. Drizzle the inside of a chilled martini glass with the chocolate sauce
    2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add rum, liqueurs, and milk product.
    3. Shake Shake Shake
    4. Strain into the martini glass, drizzle with more chocolate sauce

    • ½ oz lime juice
    • 5 mint leaves
    • 1 ½ tb mixed berries
    • ¾ oz Barenjager honey liqueur or simple syrup
    • 1 oz club soda
    • ice

    Instructions

    1. In a shaker, combine mint leaves, lime, Barenjager, and berries.
    2. Muddle until pulverized.
    3. Add bourbon and ice.
    4. Shake shake shake
    5. Pour it all into an old-fashioned glass.
    6. Top with club soda.

    · Ginger beer, to top
    · Garnish: A pineapple slice
    · Ice

    Instructions
    1. Fill a highball glass or copper mug with ice.
    2. Add the tequila, pineapple juice, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice
    3. Shake shake shake
    4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
    5. Top with ginger beer.
    6. Garnish and serve.
