We see the videos all the time. People melt down or get into some kind of 'air rage' while they're on a flight. It seems to be happening more often since the pandemic. In the United States alone, the FAA recorded more than two thousand unruly passenger incidents in 2023 and about 21 hundred last year. What is it that makes people lose all their manners when they get on board a plane? One reason... could be they're getting blasted at the airport before they even take their seats. On Ask The Expert, we're joined by Dr. Sheryl Skaggs. She's a sociology professor at UT Dallas
