Before the event, I practiced the process. I put the equipment up. I took it down. I timed myself. I looked at what the customer would see. I kept asking what was working, what was not working, and what could be improved.

Then we tested it with real people.

Seven entrepreneurs experienced the podcast activation and five paid.

That experience helped me understand that the focus could not only be on what we wanted to sell.

The focus had to be on the customer.
