∙Signals - stage time, podcasts, collabs, awards, network… credibility signals that make people trust you quicker.
∙Assets - things that compound (books, reports, video series, tools) that prove you know your stuff over time.
∙Positioning - one painful problem you solve, explained simply, repeated consistently.
I also talk about the trap people fall into, thinking authority is a blue tick, trend-hopping, and chasing virality… when real authority is built through education, proof, and consistency.
