We also talk about the reality that you’ve been conditioned for years, sometimes your entire life, to see yourself a certain way. So of course this doesn’t change overnight.


But it can change.


And it starts with being intentional about how you see yourself moving forward.


Because when you begin to genuinely appreciate who you see in the mirror, everything else, your habits, your consistency, your lifestyle, starts to fall into place in a way that actually lasts.
