Fat was the villain in the 90s. Then it was carbs. Then protein. Then sugar came back harder than the first time. Training's done the exact same dance - HIIT, then zone two, then functional, then whatever's on TikTok this month. None of it was ever meant to resolve, because a confused customer keeps buying and a clear one stops.
In this one I'm laying out the actual pattern behind every trend reversal, why butter and coffee and eggs keep flipping from villain to hero and back again, and who genuinely benefits from you staying stuck in the noise. Then I'm stripping it back to the six boring things that actually matter - movement, protein, fibre, sleep, hydration, consistency - and none of them need a purchase.
This is video three of a four-part series. If you haven't seen videos one and two yet, start there. Next up: I stop talking theory and show you what all of this actually looks like when I live it myself, messy parts included.
If this helped, a like and a subscribe genuinely helps a small creator like me keep going, and if you know someone drowning in conflicting health advice, send this their way.
