As professionals, it's easy to get caught up in the idea of accountability - the idea that we are answerable for our actions and their outcomes. However, I believe that it's just as important to focus on responsibility. Responsibility goes beyond simply being answerable for something. It's about taking ownership of a task or project, and being proactive in making sure it's done to the best of our abilities. When we take responsibility, we're not just doing something because we have to, but because we want to. We're invested in the outcome, and we're committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve success.
