Welcome to "Be Mental". The phrase "be mental" often comes with a negative connotation, describing how it feels when everything in your head is a mess. We thought the idea could become a mantra for positive change in your thinking, managing emotions, and handling stress to name just a few. As healers and coaches we have worked hard so that Be Mental can exist to create honest, compassionate conversations that explore the depth of the human experience—blending emotional healing, practical insight, and lighthearted connection to help people understand themselves and feel less alone. We envision a world where people feel safe to explore their inner world openly, heal without shame, and grow into their most authentic and empowered selves
In this second episode we share more of our individual stories and how we came to working with other to create real conversations for healing, understanding, and growth—with compassion, insight, and humour. Get to know us!
