Throughout his progressive career with Chicago Public Schools, he advanced from School Nurse to Lead Nurse through demonstrated leadership, clinical excellence, and commitment to student and community health. Nicholas is currently completing a Family Nurse Practitioner program with an anticipated graduation in June 2026. He is passionate about reducing health disparities within minority communities through holistic, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care.
