The reason is it began as a video series for the Texas Whiskey Festival called Shot of Texas Whiskey. The idea was to give people a quick insight into Texas distilleries, but I tend to geek out about whiskey, so naturally, they got longer. The first set of episodes are past interviews with Texas distilleries. In future episodes, I plan to expand the conversations.
