Emily Fisher has been out recreating in the area since she was, literally, a baby. The exposure to outdoor rec fostered a love and reverance for the outdoors in her at a young age. She joined me to talk about how outdoor recreaton shaped her life, and what we are doing right, as a region, from the perspective of the next generation.

Rich and Ryan from LHORBA joined me in the studio to talk about cycling in the Laurel Highlands! LHORBA is the region's premier cycling group. They are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization devoted to the promotion of the sport of bicycling. We view the sport as a vehicle to promote low-impact outdoor recreation and conservation. It's a race weekend in Johnstown! The annual Path of the Flood Race is taking place this Saturday and Caitlyn Lust from CCCRA and Mark Voelker POTF Race Director joined me to talk about what goes into planning and pulling off a successful event.
