概要
When the world is too much, it helps to know what kind of“too much” it is. In this final episode of the series, I’m bringing together the three resets we’ve practiced—Setting the thoughts Aside, Setting the Past Aside, and Setting the Noise Aside—into one simple Reset Menu you can return toanytime.
Your Reset Menu (signals + anchor phrases):
- Thoughts (looping / rumination): Not solving. Softening.
- Past (old feelings getting stirred up): I’m here now. (optional: That was then. This is now.)
- Noise (sensory overload / too much input): One notch quieter. (optional: Less input. More breath.)
We’ll do a short guided practice, then create a simple “Reset Door” art journal page—a visual reminder that you can come back to yourself one small step at a time.
This podcast offers gentle self-care practices and is not therapy or a replacement for professional support.
