As a trained teacher within the elementary segment of K-12 public education, she became a school administrator and became an assistant principal and principal. Transitioned to entrepreneurship full time after being demoted from the principal role. In addition to providing teachers with coaching and mentoring, she designs learning experiences for kids and adults as well as strategic planning. Those are the things she transposed into a consulting agency that serves not just the education sector, but also businesses. Since no one taught her how to do consulting, she created a coaching program for people who were interested.
