As a witness of Jesus Christ, I testify that just as the Lord stretched forth His hand in the days of Moses to deliver Israel from bondage, so He stretches forth His hand today to deliver all who turn to Him. The God who parted the waters and passed over His people with protection is the same God who redeems us through the blood of the Lamb — Jesus Christ.

I testify that the miracles recorded in the book of Exodus are patterns of God’s power, symbols of Christ’s mission, and witnesses of His unfailing love. The Passover points to the Savior. The deliverance from Egypt points to His Atonement. And the God who saved Israel is the God who saves us still.

Through spiritual experiences in my own life that were even more powerful than the parting of the Red Sea was to those in Moses's day, I bear my sure witness that Jesus Christ is Alive! He is the true Passover Lamb, and that His power to deliver is as real today as it was in the days of Moses.
