Frozen Meals may not always be your first choice. Or maybe even your second choice. But even so, every one of us can name a least a few frozen meals that are quick, convenient and tasty. It may be something that can feed your whole family, or just something you enjoy on your own.

With our lists we both talk about frozen meals we eat regularly in today's world, but we also both mention frozen foods from our past that were so good they still make our Mount Rushmore all these years later.

When you're thinking about your list, remember these are meals. No treats, or snacks. So ice cream and popsicles are not options. If you do eat those for a meal, please don't admit that in public!

They say laughter is the best medicine. If so, consider yourself cured this week because we're bringing you our Mount Rushmore of Funny Movie Scenes. A truly funny movie scene doesn't have to be from a funny actor or even a comedy movie. It just has to make you literally laugh out loud.

And to help us LOL this week we brought in a guest, Mark Fierst. Mark brought us a great list of funny scenes including a couple we did not expect at all. Between the three of us, we were shocked to find out we did not match on any of our funny scenes... and in fact we didn't even match on any movies! Denzel Washington is one of the best actors on the planet. He may even be Mount Rushmore worthy for actors alive today. We probably wouldn't ever do an episode that vague, but what we WILL do is honor him with our Mount Rushmore of Denzel Washington Movies.

As we like to do, we brought in a guest to help us this week. Fred Welch is an old friend of ours we met when we frequented the watering hole he worked at in downtown Minneapolis about 25 years ago. Since then he's become a good friend, a golf buddy and is the life of every party he attends. Plus he loves Denzel's movies as much as we do!

Between the three of us we match on some obvious choices, but we each also had at least one unique pick you won't find on too many lists. Give it a listen!
