A podcast where we work on healing that which haunts us. When we focus on our health & wellness by addressing what haunts us, physically, spiritually, psychologically, emotionally, even paranormally, we demonstrate our commitment to living a fuller & more meaningful life. Micah is a grandmother, Energy Guide & Body Worker with a degree in Holistic Psychology. Using her lifetime of experience and education, she gets candid about how she's learned to alchemize and transmute her own traumas, abuses, mistakes, unhealthy patterns and fears. We are stronger than what's happened to us. MsMicah.comMs. Micah 個人的成功 自己啓発

  • 'WHY?' Update - Reconciling With What No Longer Works - Alchemizing Abuse & Trauma
    2026/05/15

My life circumstances have been forcing me to face pain I had long buried in order to alchemize it with the intent to create a better, more sustainable way of holding space for unspoken stories of trauma, abuse, or even confessions, stories we hold back only because we love others and know our story will hurt someone else. When is protection self-harm? Where is the balance?

These along with how to alchemize our pain that we've held on to in order to protect the innocent are things going to be exploring next along with sharing anonymous stories in a healing space.

Algol and the New Moon in Taurus are impacting us in a major way right now. If you want to know more about the mythology of the "Demon Star" Algol and how it impacts us now there's an excellent podcast you can listen to: Algol / with Amaya Rourke - starnightdwell .

  • The Meanings of Love - Pt. 2 (Exploring the Different Words For Love - The Last Four)
    2026/02/25

Concluding with the last four (Greek) words for love.

The second episode will focus on the more romantic forms of love including, Ludus, Eros, Mania, and Pragma. Let’s explore how these can all show up in different types of relationships and how relationships can develop different forms of love.

I wanted to conclude by talking about how I’ve experienced all these different forms of love and how the best relationship I’ve ever had has all of the healthy forms of love and what that looks like to me from my experience(s).

I’d love to hear any questions, comments, examples from your own life, or future topic ideas.

  • The Three Factors That Created Valentine's Day
    2026/02/13

Any holiday that revolves around gratitude has my attention and love is a favorite topic of mine so for this bonus episode I just want to briefly share the three factors that likely played into the creation of Valentine’s Day. Plus, this bonus episode feels like a nice filling to the sandwich of my love episodes right now, with the second part of “The Meanings of Love” coming out at the end of the month.

Learning the history of something we feel programmed to celebrate helps me appreciate it more while also feeling more empowered to celebrate it in the way I want to and not the way I’m told to. Personally, I deeply respect the choices of St. Valentine and I’m excited about the upcoming Spring season but can leave the rest.

For example, I didn’t realize St. Valentine was the patron saint of more than love before doing research on this episode!

One of my hobbies is curating music for different kinds of playlists. Looking for romantic playlists? Visit my Spotify profile or Tidal.
