    Today, head to the iconic Baltimore Book Festival, happening all weekend in the Waverly neighborhood between Greenmount and Barclay Avenues from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Through Sunday, expect outdoor author talks, pop-up book shops, poetry readings, and special activities for kids. The city's bookworms gather rain or shine, so bibliophiles, this is your moment.

    Music fans, make your way to the 9th Annual Love Groove Festival on Whitelock Street. Celebrate local music with Baltimore producer John Tyler and a full roster of artists.
