概要
Whatever we worry about, eats away at us in one of two ways.
Either it eats away as us in physical, mental or emotional illnesses, that doctors cannot diagnose. Even through taking tests, they can't figure out what the problem is.
In simple terms, the past is none of our business, not ours to worry about and so we need to return it to it's rightful owner, our younger self, our inner child.
It's not a mental problem, it's not even an emotional porblem; it might manifest in those ways, but the problem is
something happened in the past, to our inner child, it didnt happen to the person i am today, and my whole life is in this moment, and i need to return the baggage and details of what they went through, back to them and to achieve this is a simple, safe and non intrusive way.
And ,there is no simpler way, that to embrace the 2 part process of Trauma Recovery Anonymous; to give the details and the baggage of the past back to it's rightful owner, my inner child; and them to complete the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous to create a new way of living, one day at a time, always focusing on the 24 hours we find ourselves in, in that moment.
in this way we can break free from the stress, depression and despair of a past not ours, and by concentrating on staying focused on the present, the anxiety and fear of the unknown future cannot come into our lives, unless we invite it in.
this has always been an inside job
