On todays Solocast I go into depth the steps and tools I used in the beginning of my health journey, what exactly was the tipping point that led me down the path of self healing 6 years ago. My struggles and ups and downs have truly taught me soo much and while it hasn't been easy I am able to look back and use what I've learned to help others troubleshoot ways that they can heal their bodies through eliminating certain foods and finding what works for them.
