このコンテンツについて
Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch shared her party's plans for reforming welfare. At the core, she plans to draw a line on which health issues should be considered disabilities for the purpose of state benefits. This would mean a full review to ensure support goes to those who she believes "truly need it". Petrie is asking what do you think should qualify as a disability and where do we draw the line?
Firstly, Policy Analyst at The Taxpayers Alliance, Shimeon Lee, and Chair and Founder of SEDSconnective, Jane Green MBE break down the welfare and benefits bill and how the changes will affect people. We'll then hear from Former Director of Communications for the Conservative Party, Amy Fisher, who believes you're never going to have a perfect system as cases can vary from person to person. Petrie then speaks to you to get you feelings on the current and proposed changes to state benefits.
