Have you ever wondered what actually goes into launching a podcast?

In this episode of the Failure Is Knowledge Podcast, I'm bringing you behind the scenes while I set up my cameras, microphones, lights, and teleprompter to record a new video for the Failure Is Knowledge website.

I'm also sharing why I've continued changing our messaging, what producing more than 893 podcast episodes has taught me, and why I believe business owners should start their podcast with what they have.

Launching a podcast can feel like a lot.

You have to think about the equipment, recording, editing, publishing, content, and staying consistent.

But you don't have to figure out everything before you start.

When I started, my tripod wasn't even tall enough.

I had to put three books underneath it just to get the camera where I needed it.

Over time, I upgraded my equipment and continued learning.

That's one of the biggest lessons from this episode:

Start with what you have.

Podcasting gives you an opportunity to share your expertise, tell your stories, market your business, build trust, and connect with people in different ways.
