One Principle: Talent comes and goes. Character is constant, whether you like it or not.
One Practice: Stop measuring yourself by what gets noticed. Start measuring yourself by what gets repeated when no one's watching. Pick one character trait to strengthen, and let someone close to you hold you to it.
One Movement: Tonight, ask someone in your home this one honest question, and just listen. Where have you seen my talent outshine my character this year?
