What does confidence actually mean to you?
In this episode, I challenge you to stop thinking about confidence as something you either have or do not have, and instead start defining what confidence personally looks like in your own life.
For a lot of people, confidence gets tied to being loud, dominant, perfect, successful, or always in control. But real confidence is often much quieter than that. It is not about pretending to know everything or demanding attention from other people. It is about trusting yourself enough to navigate life, adapt, learn, and figure things out along the way.
I talk about why confidence starts with self-trust, why clarity matters before you can truly build confidence, and why choosing yourself is an ongoing process instead of a final destination.
This episode is for anyone trying to improve self-confidence, body image, mindset, or their relationship with themselves from the inside/out.
