But alcohol is one of the most overlooked reasons perimenopause symptoms are harder than they need to be. Not because you're drinking too much. Because of what alcohol is actually doing inside a perimenopausal body that nobody has explained to you.

And I share what happened when I removed it for thirty days, starting the 29th of November, going straight into December of all months.

I'm a women's health coach, but more importantly, perimenopause hit me like a freight train. I used my own body as the test dummy to work out what actually helps, and while I'm still very much in perimenopause, I'm now pretty much symptom free. I've lived it, tested it, and know what works.
