Jo Shipley is a holistic wellness practitioner and community-minded advocate based in Yass, in the Southern Tablelands, NSW. She’s also the host of Wellness Valley on Yass FM 100.3, our local community radio station with a wide reach, sharing inspiring stories and practical guidance from the Yass Valley and regional Australia to support wellbeing, personal growth, and everyday living.
