  • Starred, produced, and directed by my anxiety
    2026/01/14

Ever fall in love with a scenario you made up in your head? Same.

This episode dives into fear, control, anxious attachment, and why we try to manage people, outcomes, and perceptions instead of letting things unfold. Turns out, anxiety makes a great director — just a terrible storyteller.

  • Our hot takes… and we’re standing on them
    2026/01/06

Some opinions are inside thoughts. These weren’t.

We’re talking hot takes, unpopular truths, and the beliefs we’ve outgrown — from “money doesn’t buy happiness” to the advice that sounds good but doesn’t actually work in real life. Come disagree respectfully.

  • So… that was a lie
    2026/01/01

Turns out a lot of what we were taught growing up was… questionable. From religion and sex to shame and silence, we’re revisiting the rules we followed and asking who they actually helped.

    Spoiler: not us.

  • Whose voice was that anyway?
    2025/12/28

One of us followed the rules.

One of us made people nervous.

In this episode, we talk family roles, anxiety vs. intuition, perfectionism, control, motherhood, bipolar disorder, religion, and the uncomfortable truth about who gets labeled “easy” and who gets labeled “too much.”

    Nothing packaged.

    Nothing softened.

We probably shouldn’t have said that.

  • We aren’t trying to be relatable (but we are)
    2025/12/27

In Episode 2, Camri and Hannah talk about the biggest lie of adulthood: that everybody else has their shit together. Spoiler alert — they don’t. They’re just better at posting the highlight reel while quietly questioning their life choices at night.

They get into social media comparison, the weird grief of realizing your life doesn’t look like the one you planned, and how burnout can turn into “I’ll just stop dreaming altogether.” Camri opens up about pivoting hard, surviving rock bottom, and rebuilding confidence after fear of failure shut everything down. Hannah admits what it’s like to do everything “right” and still feel unfulfilled — plus the very real spiral about love, timelines, and whether she’s about to adopt a child or just buy another Kindle book.

Then the tea drops. An unexpected blast from Hannah’s past resurfaces, Camri gives a live sister reaction, and suddenly we’re talking soul ties, growth, changing beliefs, and why evolving apparently makes people uncomfortable. (Shoutout Johnny, who absolutely knew this was coming.)

We end where we always do: calling bullshit on perfection, choosing excellence instead, and reminding ourselves that nobody actually knows what they’re doing — they’re just winging it with confidence.

There are definitely things in this episode we probably shouldn’t have said…

but if we didn’t, it wouldn’t be us.

  • Sisters In Real Time
    2025/12/27

In this first episode, Camri and Hannah introduce themselves, their very different lives, and the unfiltered conversations that made this podcast inevitable. From astrology to Christianity, spirituality to skepticism, motherhood to child-free life, recovery, identity, and growing up biracial in a rural Southern town — nothing is off limits.

Camri is a stay-at-home mom of four navigating spirituality, recovery, and life inside a polygamous relationship. Hannah is a kindergarten teacher in recovery, a modern-day Christian, and proof that doing everything “right” doesn’t guarantee clarity.

This episode is messy, honest, funny, and exactly what you think it is: sisters saying the quiet parts out loud.

There are definitely things in this conversation we probably shouldn’t have said…

but that’s kind of the whole point.
