My meditations are mostly based on secular mindfulness with elements of Advaita Vedanta (Nonduality)
This guided meditation is an introduction to the powerful and often utilized technique of 'thought-watching' with a vivid and engaging visualization. Through imagining one's consciousness as the sky and the thoughts to be like clouds arising within it we can find a powerful inner peace through the disengagement and disidentification with thoughts.
