概要
Have you ever said something and then spent hours replaying it in your head, wondering if you made any sense or said the wrong thing? In today’s episode, I talk about that exact experience and what it revealed to me about fear. The muffled interference that pulls me out of the present and traps me in a loop of overthinking, judgment, and self-doubt is a trap that I fall into easily.
Fear is a filter that my world, blocking my ability to see beauty, practice tolerance, forgive, serve, and feel peace. I talk about the illusion of protection fear creates, and how it can keep us isolated, disconnected, and stuck. Most importantly, I walk through what it looks like to move through fear by acknowledging it, talking about it, and choosing faith despite it. Fear doesn’t get to lead and living fully means getting out of our heads and back into the moment.
