On todays episode I talk about a lesson I learned from the sacred medicines retreat I attended at the Nada Brahma Healing Center in Costa Rica. To start things off I talk about the Center itself and the care that is taken to ensure that the experience is wonderful and fulfilling. I won't write more here, the episode stands for itself. On today's podcast, we are joined by Lyndsay, who runs the YouTube and Instagram channels called "Bike-Hike_Botany". Lyndsay shares her journey of discovering her perfect place, Jaco, Costa Rica, after being raised in Canada and spending the last 20 years exploring unique places and pursuing diverse interests.

Lyndsay is a self-described "Tomboy" who enjoys outdoor activities such as surfing, biking, hiking, and botany. During the pandemic, she started taking videos of her hikes and bike rides, and also captured the amazing flora she found along the way. This led to the birth of her YouTube channel "Bike-Hike-Botany", which has over 60 episodes and counting. On her channel, she takes viewers on unique trails that showcase stunning views, fascinating plants, and interesting facts, inviting them to experience the paradise that is Costa Rica.

In addition to her love for the outdoors, Lyndsay has honed her skills as a furniture designer/maker, yoga instructor, free dive instructor, florist shop owner, avid botanist, hiker, freelance video editor, and digital creator. She has also lived in Malta, Egypt, and Costa Rica.
