Join the Club is the idea of an exclusive, elite club for mature women because we have come so far along the age spectrum, gaining experience and wisdom along the way and are still very much relevant in our own lives and in society. Pushing back against the idea that when we age we are only wallpaper to younger lives. I am encouraging women to be bold enough to take chances, risks, use the energy we are given to believe in themselves and not to accept the idea of being "less than" our male counterparts. We bring different skill sets to the table - and ther eis room for both - or there should be. But as women we have to take it - it will not necessarily be willingly given to us. We have a serious contribution to make beyond childbearing and homemaking - and we should be confident enough to take our rightful, earned place.
