Christine and her husband, Cliff, moved from their small organic farm in Pennsylvania to Colorado in 2015 to embrace the blue sky, sun, and outdoor adventures. Christine is the owner of a local CPA firm and has built her career over the past 25 years by combining her passion for entrepreneurship with her experience in accounting.  Her firm provides total financial services to individuals, large and small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.  As a mother of two daughters, supporting women in business and in life is her passion. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, especially gardening, hiking, and cross-country skiing.

Maddie White joins the WEST Women to discuss boundaries in business.

Maddie graduated from The University of Denver with her master’s degree in social work with a concentration in mental health. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing psychotherapy and has been practicing in behavioral health settings since 2012 and mental health settings since 2015. She works with children, teens, and adults of all ages and is passionate about providing individualized care, established through an authentic therapeutic connection. Since moving to Montrose in August 2017, Maddie has worked as a school-based therapist in Delta County School District, the mental health coordinator at The Dolphin House, and now owns her own private practice in Montrose called Maddie White LLC. By creating an emotionally safe and welcoming environment, Maddie helps clients work through issues that may be encompassing the darkest parts of their lives. She empowers clients to overcome symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress by utilizing a trauma focused lens to treat clients with cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and play therapy. Maddie truly believes the best therapy happens when we are able to own our personal stories and write a courageous new ending.
