In this episode of WCAT Radio and TV Presents, Fr. Michael Sparough, SJ, and Jennifer Thomas pray the Stations of the Cross (April 1, 2026)
STATIONS OF THE CROSS FOR FAMILIES
The Stations of the Cross offer a profound reflection on the Passion of Jesus Christ. These stations present moments in His suffering and remind us that Christ understands our trials and remains with us. As families walk alongside Him, they are invited to reflect on His sacrifice and witness His love amid rejection, loneliness, and suffering. The cross is not only a symbol of suffering—it is a sign of salvation and hope. Through His Passion, death, and resurrection, Jesus offers redemption and new life. The Stations remind us, especially during Lent but at any time, that Christ accompanies our families with mercy and love. At Each Station Announce the station Reflect on the image If possible, carry a small cross Leader: “We adore you, O Christ, and we praise you” All: “Because by your Holy Cross you have redeemed the world” Read scripture, reflection, and prayer
