Dr. Shemine has worked in the fields of therapeutic recreation, pediatric palliative care, violence against women and children who witness abuse counsellor, international youth camps, outdoor programming for people with disabilities, and as a private practitioner supporting children, youth, families, and adults wanting to explore their inner child through somatic practices.

Molefi Nyofane is a strategic and impact-driven senior researcher, academic, and social entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across government, higher education, and community development. Currently a Senior Researcher at the City of Johannesburg, specializes in policy analysis, legislative research, and executive advisory support to inform governance and decision-making.

Nancy Rosenow is founder and retired Chief Executive Officer of the nonprofit Dimensions Educational Research Foundation whose mission is to inspire joy and wonder in children, educators, and communities with a heart-centered approach to early education. Her work supported the major departments of the Foundation: The Nature Explore Program; Exchange Press; Dimensions Research Initiative; and Dimensions Education Programs. The Foundation also serves as an administrative partner of the World Forum Foundation on Early Care and Education. She is a founding member of the World Forum Foundation’s Nature Action Collaborative for Children.
