概要
In this episode produced in collaboration with We Are Europe, Laura invites us to celebrate the end of the year in the Netherlands, dancing on the afro-dutch music.
Afro-dutch music is the current dutch music derived from hip-hop, bubbling and moombathon in which South American, Caribbean, Sub-Saharan and North-African influences are mixed. These musics are mainly carried by the diasporas of the former colonies of the Netherlands, like Surinam or the former Dutch Antilles : Curaçao, Aruba and Bonaire.
Afro-dutch music is the result of a cultural and musical mix based on electronic sounds, Caribbean rhythms and sub-Saharan influences. Everywhere in the club or in fashion shows, this scene evolves with the diversity of languages and communities of the Netherlands.
A special Faya episode with the media We Are Europe, which collaborates with us for three special episodes dedicated to the boiling European scenes.
