概要

Voice Memos From Your Bestie is exactly what it sounds like — like getting a voice memo from your best friend when you need it most.

Hosted by Stephanie Harford, this podcast is a space for honest conversations about life, growth, creativity, and the messy, beautiful journey of becoming who you’re meant to be.

Stephanie shares life through the lens of her experiences as a friend, mother, wife, and sister, opening up about the real moments that shape us — the fears we face, the failures that humble us, the struggles we push through, and the accomplishments that remind us why we keep going.

A creative fashion designer, storyteller, photographer, singer-songwriter, and entrepreneur, Stephanie brings a unique perspective on pursuing dreams while navigating everyday life. Through personal stories and reflections, she explores what it means to keep creating, keep believing, and keep showing up — even when things feel uncertain.

This podcast isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about figuring it out together.

Each episode feels like sitting down with your bestie — the kind of conversation that encourages you, makes you feel less alone, and reminds you that you’re stronger than you think.

Stephanie will also invite occasional guests to share their stories, wisdom, and experiences, offering encouragement to women who need a reminder that they’re not alone in what they’re walking through.

Whether you're chasing a dream, rebuilding after a setback, learning to believe in yourself again, or just need a voice in your ear that feels like a friend — this podcast is for you.

Because sometimes the thing we need most is a reminder to find joy, keep going, and never give up.

So think of this as your weekly voice memo from your bestie.

  • Hey, Bestie! The Truth About My Confidence
    2026/03/06

    Hey, bestie.

In this episode, I’m opening up about something that has quietly shaped so many areas of my life: confidence… or the lack of it.

As someone who creates videos for YouTube and puts my life and creativity out into the world, I’ve realized that the way I see myself internally often shows up in the way I present myself externally. When I don’t feel confident or secure in who I am, it can affect how I show up on camera, how I communicate with others, and even how I allow myself to take up space in the world.

And the truth is… confidence isn’t always easy.

I talk about the struggle of learning to believe in yourself, the fears that can hold us back, and the ways self-doubt can quietly shape how we interact with others. I also share something I’ve been realizing lately: it’s hard to fully love and show up for others when we’re constantly criticizing ourselves on the inside.

In this conversation, I’m challenging both myself — and you, bestie — to start looking inward and asking an important question:

What would change if we started believing in who we are?

Because when we begin to build confidence from the inside, something powerful happens. The person we are on the inside begins to shine through on the outside. And that kind of confidence doesn’t just change our own lives — it has the ability to encourage and inspire the people around us too.

This episode is a reminder that confidence isn’t about being perfect or having everything figured out. It’s about learning to accept yourself, believe in your worth, and allow the real you to show up in the world.

So if you’ve ever struggled with self-doubt, insecurity, or feeling like the person you want to be on the inside isn’t always the person the world sees… this conversation is for you.

Let’s talk about confidence, self-worth, and the courage it takes to become the person you were always meant to be.

This is your next voice memo from your bestie.
