In the latest episode of Everybody Eats News on The-Food-&-Wine-Radio-Network, Jennifer English announces the grand opening of Vallarta Supermarkets’ third store of 2026 in Merced, California. The family-owned grocery chain commemorates the event with live entertainment, special giveaways, and community donations, with five local schools and charities sharing $7,500 donated by Vallarta. The new location will bring about 175 job opportunities to the community and will feature a Marisquería Costa de Oro, offering unique seafood items. The store will also feature a custom mural by local artist Patricia Pratt and the return of signature departments. Vallarta further extends its services to major delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart.
