The role of feral psychopath Wez changed his life as Hollywood bosses loved the movie and his character. What he thought would be 15 minutes of fame turned into a 40-plus year career. Roger Crow talks to the amiable Aussie about The Road Warrior, Innerspace, Commando, Weird Science, and how he made a new life in America.
With Stranger Things 5 dominating the box, there’s also a fabulous version of Running Up That Hill by an Oklahoma songstress. And culled from a 1983 C-120 cassette tape, an anonymous comedy advert for ‘Snack Shack’, which has survived the ravages of time rather well.
