 The CCRW’s second annual Untapped Talent Summit takes place online February 10, 2026. It provides resources for job seekers and employers on inclusive employment. The theme, Disability in Action: Navigating the School-to-Work Transition, is particularly welcome this year with an uncertain job market and some of the lowest rates of employment for youth with disabilities that we’ve seen since the COVID-19 pandemic.Grant Hardy learns more about the work that CCRW does, and their upcoming Summit.Vanessa Sinclair, Director of Research and Evaluation at CCRW, explains the organization's work and gives us a sneak-peak of what we can expect from the summit, including some advice for employers and job seekers.Chelsea Masson is Outreach Coordinator for the CNIB’s Come to Work Program.
