    To me it is what you are willing to accept and tolerate. Everyone has a standard and it is the standard we hold that is reflected in our current results. We take a look at creating a standard that is going to elevate your results and match the goals that you set.

    To wrap up this mini-series on Pillars of Success, it is important that I discuss decision making. How good are you at making decisions? Can you make them quickly or are you indecisive? For a long time I was not able to make a decision and it was exhausting. In this episode I talk about how you can turn decision-making into a habit.

  • How to Start Something and Stick With It

    Are you guilty of starting things and not seeing them through to the end? Being full of motivation and enthusiasm in the early stages but after a few weeks or months, that motivation starts to waver and you find yourself giving up?

    Don't worry if you do, I was also that person. The amount of times I told myself, this time it will be different. But it never was and unbeknown to me at the time, each time I gave up, I was chipping away at my self-image and confidence.

    I had to develop the habit of discipline in my life. Both in my thoughts and actions. Creating that discipline so that you can give yourself a command and know that you are going to follow through. You are going to see it through til the end.

    But it isn't just in our actions where discipline comes in, it's in our thoughts too. We have to be able to reject those thoughts that basically hold us back. In this episode we chat about the importance of discipline as being one of the 5 Pillars of Success.

  • 5 Questions to Ask Your Inner Imposter

    Imposter Syndrome is a psychological pattern when individuals experience thoughts which are not factual reality. It is like we have this false self-image which has us questioning and doubting our skills, our achievements and our capabilities and feeling like an imposter. But just because we feel like an imposter it doesn't mean we are one. Those feelings of self-doubt are not a true reflection of who you are. Sometimes people will consistently experience those feelings whilst others may only experience them every once and a while. Regardless, in this episode we discuss what you can do when those feelings do arise. We talk about 5 questions that you can ask yourself which will bring your thoughts and feelings back to neutral and enable you to gain a more balanced perspective.
