概要
In this episode, we unpack the importance of unlearning the silence around mental health challenges many Latinas experience, and how our careers and workplaces can both shape and amplify those challenges. We explore how mental health strain can show up in professional settings; ways our cultura influences, and at times exacerbates, these realities; and the impact it has on how we navigate our careers.
Through personal stories and reflection, we share lessons learned, and hope to inspire each of you to reflect and engage in more open and honest conversations about your own mental health.
If you are experiencing a crisis and need someone to talk to urgently, call or text 988 for support.
