Hello and Welcome to another episode of the UNFILTERED: Life & Awakening podcast.

In this episode, we discuss the Wolf’s Message documentary we recently experienced and how it reflects onto the topic of open heart living.

We start by giving some background on how we came across the documentary, the medium that introduced this topic into the world, and the magical story behind the message.

We then proceed to extrapolate the space in which one can reside in open heart space and still be part of a world that is struggling to keep its heart open to the world.

We discuss the nuances of this issues, how it propagates into the world, how it literally forms and creates the nature of our reality, and what we can do to start choosing to find, experience, and live in a different space of being.

We discuss potential outcomes of this space, and how our reality can and will restructure itself if we start accepting our unsafe and vulnerable space of being and allow ourselves to heal from this space.

Once again, we (or Tanya) take a passionate stance on the issue and the obvious, but maybe difficult, nature of this being the only solution forward.

Hello and Welcome to episode 107 of the UNFILTERED: Life & Awakening podcast.

In this episode we continue our discussion on spiritual awakening, self awareness, and healing through the topic of shadow exploration, integration, and gnosis.

We start out by addressing the general meaning of the shadow, the definitions and interpretations of it in our psyche, and then continue to explore what shadow integration, acknowledgement, and acceptance looks like.

We bring in our personal examples and the physical expression of integration that we are going through in this time and how it plays out in our psyche, body, and nervous system.

We discuss various details and general patterns of its onset, how we ultimately unravel our being through this clear vision of self, possibly for the first time in the honest light of self, and what happens to our way of being once this occurs.

In this episode we explore the expansion of self with an informational download of Egyptian technology in regards to natural laws of energy propagation, balancing self in the elemental ways of being, and coalescing self into oneness with intent into an ascended version of self.

We explore the meaning behind the download, the marrying of esoteric teachings, native American knowledges and the ascension of Earth and its system into multidimensional reality.

As always, we bring in examples, stories, and interpretation of this teaching from a multitude of perspectives and relate them to their practical expression for us as growing humans.

We go back into the opening of self and alignment of our being with the natural flows of our indented higher expression and how we can go about achieving these ways.
