She is the creator of the Wholehearted Journey Transformation Process and has guided thousands of women out of striving, burnout, and spiritual dryness into grounded identity in Christ. Amy is also the author of Should Christians Use the Enneagram (2021) and co-author of a book study alongside Sara Hagerty for the Zondervan bestseller Unseen.
