概要
In this episode of The Purposeful Shift, Emma explores the idea of “your why” - not as something you need to have fully figured out, but as a gentle way to understand what might be sitting underneath the changes you’ve been thinking about in your life.
Building on previous conversations around the inner nudge, pressing pause and redefining success, this episode looks at how many of us are very clear on what we do, but far less clear on why it matters to us. Drawing on the work of Simon Sinek and his Golden Circle model, Emma reflects on how understanding your why can help you make more aligned decisions and recognise where life may feel slightly out of sync.
Questions to reflect on:
- What do I want more of right now?
- Why does that matter to me?
- And why does that matter?
If you would like to explore this work further, Emma offers in-person workshops where you can take part in guided exercises to reflect on your values, alignment and what might need to shift. You can find out more at:
