  • Job 22 - Before You Pray for Vengeance
    2025/11/26

In today’s Bible study on Job 22, we go deep into a hard truth:

Sometimes we ask God for vengeance without realising we might also be someone else’s prayer point.

    We explore:

✨ Why we must look at our own hearts before asking for judgment

✨ How God’s protection and justice always aim to bring people back to Him

✨ The danger of judging others by their outward struggles

✨ Why spiritual growth is a process — the inside changes first, the outside follows

✨ How Job’s friends misread his suffering and what that teaches us today.

This episode is a reminder to walk in humility, grace, and understanding — knowing we are all saved only by God’s mercy.

    Scripture: Job 22

    Theme: Vengeance, Grace, Process, Discernment.

  • Job 17-20 : Are we Job's friends?
    2025/10/08

Could it be that the ones we judge most need hope the most?Do you ever feel too guilty to pray?

    In this episode

We talk about Job’s pain — the kind that makes you question if you brought it on yourself. Maybe you’ve been there too, feeling unworthy to pray, ashamed to ask God for help. But this episode is a gentle reminder: mercy still speaks. And as we learn from Job’s friends, let’s be people who offer hope, not condemnation — because sometimes, a heart just needs to know it’s not too late to come home.

  • Job 14-16 : Complaints to the Unchanging God
    2025/09/23

If you've ever wondered, "Did God forget me? Is this also part of the plan?" - This is for you.

Job questioned, argued, and wrestled with his pain, but God never changed. True fear of God and complete trust in His goodness leave no room for complaint.

We also reflect on how pain shapes our voice. Job's friends tried to comfort him with what Job called futile.

  • Job 4-13 : The End of Measuring Righteousness
    2025/09/16

In Job 4–13, the back-and-forth with his friends raises a hard question: can we ever be righteous enough before God? Job thought his good deeds should equal a good life, and his friends thought suffering must mean hidden sin. But both views miss God’s heart.

In this episode, we wrestle with Job’s questions and his friends’ arguments — and what it means for us today.

We cannot measure our standing with God like a formula, thinking “if I do A, I’ll get B.” God doesn’t work that way...

The Spirit led me to Galatians in the middle of studying Job, reminding me that righteousness is not about works, but about faith. And sometimes the hardest part of faith is this: walking with God even when we can’t measure, explain, or predict what’s happening — still trusting His love, still believing He did not make a mistake.

  • Job 2-3 : When God says Yes to the storm
    2025/09/10

We always ask: Why did Job have to go through all that? People say things like “God doesn’t owe us anything,”. But when God Himself tells us He loves us, that creates expectations in our hearts. So when suffering comes, it feels confusing and painful.

In this episode, I open up about those hard questions — if God loves us, why would He allow us to walk through such deep pain? As we journey through Job 2 & 3, the Holy Spirit reveals the Father’s heart: that God is not cruel, that His love runs deeper than ours, and that there is meaning behind the scars, the pain, and even the questions.

God’s love does not erase the storm, but it gives the storm a purpose. And when we see His heart behind it, we begin to understand that He loves us enough to let the fire refine us — not destroy us.
