KJ Tenner, a six-foot one-inch point guard from Memphis, Tennessee, is joining UTSA mens basketball for the 2022-2023 season. Previously at Murray State, Tenner averaged six points, 2.1 assists, and shot over 40% from three. He was Tennessee Mr. Basketball in class four A and led his high school in scoring back-to-back seasons. Coach Austin Claunch is excited about Tenners toughness and leadership, expecting him to boost the team on both ends.
