University of Rhode Islands athletic department is hosting casual meet-and-greets this summer, allowing fans to connect with new vice president and director of athletics Pat Lyons, along with coaches Jim Fleming, Colleen Mullen, and Archie Miller. The events will take place at Wallys Wieners in Providence on May 20th and Newport Craft Brewing and Distilling Company on June 16th. Fans can register online to secure their spot. Lyons, who joined in March, has hired Mullen and Fleming has led the football team to back-to-back CAA championships. Miller is in his fifth season leading the mens team. A third event is planned for August 22nd in Pawtucket.
